Capstone Project: Rialto Global Supply Chain Challenge

Rialto Global Supply Chain Challenge is a multiplayer business simulator based on supply chain dynamics. The participant is asked to manage a productive plant, collaborating with their teammates and competing with other teams.

Teams have to manage the most important aspects of the organization, from procurement to operations, and from logistics to distribution, sales and marketing, and allocating financial resources.

Objectives

  • Develop a comprehensive analysis of the competitive scenario, both in terms of the market’s and the organization’s characteristics.
  • Experience the impact of different supply chain decisions on organizations’ results.
  • Define a complete supply chain strategy and evaluate the consistency with the competitive environment.
  • Interpret a multilevel and multiparameter dashboard to control decisions and performance.
